A consistent batch, step by step
1. Load the fixed sample
The three synthetic calibration charts demonstrate landscape framing, a portrait JPEG with EXIF orientation, and PNG transparency. The duplicate source name tests predictable naming. Sample files are bundled with this local preview.
2. Set a shared preset
Contain keeps the full image and adds canvas. Cover crops the source to fill the usable canvas; the small original preview shows the retained boundary. Use each image’s X and Y focal controls to move the crop. Margin is a percentage of the shorter canvas side. Sizes round to the nearest integer; centered offsets round down.
3. Process and export
Process creates each image sequentially. Cancel stops future work and retains completed images. A partial ZIP includes completed images only, plus a manifest listing every original as complete, failed or canceled. Changing the preset invalidates the previous export.
Formats and safety limits
The engine accepts still JPEG, PNG and WebP by content. SVG, GIF, HEIC, animated PNG/WebP, damaged content and oversized images are rejected. Configured ceilings: 12 images, 5 MB per image, 40 MB total compressed input, 12 megapixels per decoded image, 2048 × 2048 output and 64 MB total encoded output. These are safety ceilings, not performance guarantees; mobile/Safari/Firefox support has not been verified.
Image details
JPEG flattens transparency on the selected background. PNG and WebP can preserve it when Keep transparency is on. Re-encoding avoids copying original EXIF tags; inspected synthetic outputs are documented in the handover. Exact color management and every camera orientation variant are not guaranteed. The sample watermark is bundled, and the own-file workspace accepts a local logo without uploading it.
