Refund policy
Seven-day refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days after a StillSet Pro purchase by emailing support@stillset.app from the purchase email address. Include enough information to identify the order.
After a refund
A completed refund ends Pro access to larger batch ZIPs and saved presets. Free previews, processing and complete ZIPs of up to 3 images remain available. We aim to respond within two business days; the time for funds to arrive after approval depends on the payment provider and payment method.
Your other rights
This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and may issue refunds under its own policies.
